Fun at the Park!

Last night we went down to the park after dinner! Tessa had a lot of fun with the slides!

 There is NOTHING better than seeing the look of pure joy on your child's face. She also has a NASTY boo-boo on her knee! We found out that she is ALLERGIC to bandaids :( We bought a new kind today and let her knee breathe today. I hope the kind I brought today will help...no cute princess bandaids for Tessa :(

After the park we went down to the boulevard to let my parents dog Lacy go for a swim.

 I love living here!

 Found a whole bunch of rats with wings...I mean Seagulls down by the lake...soooo what did I do?

Drove into them! DUH! I just wanted Tessa to see the birds flying :-)

4th of July!!!

This post will be picture heavy! We had a lot of fun on the 4th. We went downtown to St.Ignace's LAME parade and then went to the community 4th of July party to visit with some family!!! Here are the pics!

 we had a little bit of time to waste before my mom had to go to work so we went down to the bridge view and let Tessa run around for a bit!

Amazingly after a late afternoon nap Tessa was able to stay up to watch the fireworks! AND she was in a good mood! She had more fun running around the back end of Uncle Jason's truck (thank goodness it was cleaned out!).

 this is the real reason she was able to stay up until 11pm! JUST KIDDING :-)

Although the fireworks didn't really interest her much at all she did pay attention to a couple of them! I think next year she will like them better!

Up North Beach Fun!

Tessa and I have been enjoying the great up north since last Thursday! We are having a ton of fun! A couple days ago we went to the Sand Dunes! Tessa had a lot of fun as long as her feet here NOT touching the sand. She hated her feet touching the sand! She ended up playing in the sand but sitting on a towel :) Eventually she got a little brave and took interest in the water. Enjoy the pictures below!!!

And another picture I just have to add! My parents have an apple tree in their back yard with a Robins nest! The momma Robin is always sitting on the nest but I snuck up there when she was away to get a picture! The eggs are so pretty!
